Prescription Drug Drop Box

Written by nucitrus on . Posted in Police Page

09212012LawnAveParkandMainSt 028Please consider safely disposing of prescription drugs instead of flushing them down the toilet or placing them in the trash. Bring your unwanted and expired prescription medications to a local prescription drop box. Souderton obtained a prescription drug drop off box through the efforts of the Indian Valley Character Counts Coalition. The prescription drug drop off box is located between the garage doors in the rear of the Souderton Borough Police Station. The box is readily accessible so residents can drop medications off at any time. This box is designated for prescription drugs in pill form only; all other prescription drug disposal such as needles, inhalers and liquids should be properly disposed according to hospital, pharmacy or physians instructions.
