Sewer Bills
The amount of your sewer bill is based on both the number of residential or commercial units on your property and the volume of water consumption, as metered by the North Penn Water Authority. Excessive water consumption caused by watering lawns, washing cars and driveways, or leaking plumbing fixtures will be reflected in higher sewer bills.
Current Sewer Rates effective 2/1/2024: Residential: $49.50 per 0-375 cubic feet, Commercial: $70.50 per 0-375 cubic feet
Sewer payments may be made by mail or in-person at the Borough Office Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. The Borough accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and debit cards. *Please be advised there is a service fee of 2.45% for each transaction (with a minimum of $3.00) for all cards used at the Borough, charged by the third-party credit card processor, MuniciPay.
Payments after hours can be deposited in the 24-hour drop box located in the front vestibule of the Municipal Building located at 31 W. Summit St.
